At Sport Storiez, all of our products are made to order using a print-on-demand system. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Please ensure all order details — including product selection, sizes, and shipping information are correct before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
While we don’t offer returns or cancellations, we stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To report an issue, please contact us at sportstoriestv@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and include:

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item showing the damage or error

If possible, a photo of the outer packaging
Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What We Don’t Accept
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Incorrect size, colour, or design ordered
