Shipping policy

We work with an "Print-on-demand" system. This means that your order is produced individually for you - therefore, the delivery takes a little longer than with stock ready for dispatch.

After the order has been placed, confirmed and printed, shipping would take an estimated 3-5 working days. Delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Fulfillment country for each order is carefully selected by an advanced routing algorithm at the time of ordering.

In most cases, products are fulfilled at the closest production center. Sometimes due to reasons such as stock availability, orders may be shipped internationally even if a fulfillment center exists within the same country.

The posters are placed within frames upon arrival. The frames come pre-packed with corners and wrap and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email with the tracking number.

 

Shipping Cost

* These fees generally apply to every delivery with the exemption of large framed posters.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the delivery cost is prohibitively high.

* The purchase of large-format frames might include additional shipping costs in some cases. The cost will be displayed in the pricing details screen and the customer informed during the shopping process.

The stated shipping costs include all shipping-related costs, such as administrative costs, picking and packaging, packaging material, the costs for parcel services or forwarding agents, as well as variable surcharges e.g. for toll or diesel, but not any customs duties, customs clearance costs and taxes from other countries.
